I’m sharing my first ever Weekly Family Meal Plan with you today! If you’ve ever been in a menu planning rut these ideas will give all the inspiration you need to make meals exciting again!

Weekly Family Meal plan

Even though I’m a food blogger and my mind is constantly creating new recipes, there same recipes show up over and over again! Some days I rack my brain trying to come up with something new and creative to feed my crew.

My friend Melanie invited me to join her in sharing each others recipes with our readers! That means I’m bringing you some stellar meals from these creative ladies!

A few months ago I decided to start planning my meals so I don’t have to waste half of my trying to decide what to make. I found it worked best for me to create a menu with 5 main dishes, and 5 breakfasts. For lunch I scrounge around and typically end up eating leftovers! It works best for me to not assign the meals to a specific day. That way if I’m going to be gone all afternoon I can use a slow cooker meal that day. Or, if I’m home I can grill. At the end of the week I still end up using all five meals, in no particular order!

So, I want to hear from you! Do you create a weekly menu? Monthly? Do you stick with you plan? Is this weekly family meal plan helpful to you? I can’t wait to hear all about your game plan for tackling meal planning!
