You guys this pork is a great way to bring real flavor real fast to your meals. It makes my life so much easier and that’s exactly what I need if I’m going to get dinner on the table in about 30 minutes!
- The pork is already seasoned so it’s packed with flavor before you even open the package which saves me time when I’m in a hurry!
- The pork is cut into little “medallions” and that helps them cook even faster than they would if they were left as a whole piece of meat.
- Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork is 100% pork so you can feel good about serving it to your family!
- There are several other flavors too; Smithfield Marinated Homestyle Pork Roast, Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Herb Loin Filet (Can’t wait to try that one), and more

Smithfield Marinated Boneless Pork Shoulder Seasoned Carnitas can be cooked in a variety of ways; in the pressure cooker or in the slow cooker. In fact, you can even cook them on the grill, saute, or roast them if you want.
I added meat and a little bit of orange juice to the s pressure cooker and cook until tender. Cook in the pressure for 40 minutes or in the slow cooker on high for 3 hours.
Remove meat from cooker and shred with two forks. It should be falling apart!
