Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Using a whisk or electric beater, mix until smooth and creamy.
  • This dip can be served right away, although it's even better if it sits for an hour in the refrigerator.

Notes

I use conventional peanut butter, not natural peanut butter. You can use either, but natural peanut butter will alter the texture.
You can use 1 Tablespoon of real maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, or 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar instead of honey in this recipe. Use more or less to taste. Obviously, the less you use the more healthy it will be.
Apples, bananas, and pears are all great fruit choices for this dip. Oreos, pretzels, and Ritz crackers are delicious too!
This dip will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
