Peach & Carrot Smoothie

A smoothie packed with "good for you" ingredients! This smoothie is refreshing and makes the kids beg for the last little bit left in the blender!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. canned peaches drained (reserve the juice)
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium sized carrot diced
  • 1-2 c. peach juice
  • 1 c. crushed ice
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. honey

Instructions

  • Drain peaches. Reserve 2 cups peach juice. Adjust amount of peach juice depending on how thick you want you smoothie to be.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender including 1 cup peach juice. Add more if necessary to thin smoothie.
  • Pour in glasses and enjoy immediately!
