Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Stir until herbs and seasonings are totally incorporated.
  • Serve with potato chips, vegetables, rye bread, bagel chips, etc. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Notes

Dried herbs vs. fresh herbs:
  • Either will work great for this recipe.
  • 1 Tablespoon dried herbs=3 Tablespoons fresh herbs
Storage:
  • The flavors in the dip will be better if you let it rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days, assuming the ingredients you used won't expire for that length of time.
