Turkey Cranberry Sliders

There is something magical about the way leftovers come together in these Turkey Cranberry Sliders! I think it has something to do with the sweet cranberry sauce with the savory cheese and turkey, and honestly I really can’t get enough of the crunchy parmesan dressing topping! Whatever it is these are a must make!

  • 12 Rhodes Rolls
  • 1 1/2 c. cranberry sauce
  • 2 c. turkey slices
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese I like Swiss
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. dry dressing crumbs crush them them measure
  • 2 T.. parmesan cheese
  • 1 T. parsley optional


  • Let Rhodes rolls rise according to package directions. Using Rhodes rolls is a hundred times easier than making your own from scratch and just as tasty!
  • Bake Rhodes rolls.
  • Cut rolls in half.
  • Spread cranberry sauce on bottom halves of rolls.
  • Top with turkey slices
  • Sprinkle with plenty of cheese! Swiss is a great option!
  • Put the tops back on!
  • Melt butter. Add crushed dry stuffing mix and parmesan cheese to butter. Stir together.
  • Sprinkle stuffing mixture over rolls.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted. Watch the sliders and if they are getting overly brown on top and still not warmed through cover them with aluminum foil.
  • Serve hot with extra cranberry sauce!
