If you are a chip and dip addict like I am you are absolutely going to fall in love with Skinny Poolside Dip! Because it’s skinny it’s okay!

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. package Greek Cream Cheese You could use regular cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 small can diced green chili's undrained (I used mild)
  • 1 can diced olives
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • Corn chips or mini bell peppers for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, ranch mix and green chili's together until smooth.
  2. Add drained corn, olives and jalapeno, and red pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Serve with corn chips or sliced mini sweet peppers.
  4. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
