Sweet pineapple, savory hamburger, salty ham and melted cheese collide to create the perfect Hawaiian Burger. Top it all of with creamy chipotle BBQ sauce.
- Hamburger Patties:

- 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Hamburger Toppings:
- 4 slices deli ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- Pineapple sliced thin
- 4 hamburger buns
- Chipotle BBQ Sauce:
- 1/2 cup prepared barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. smoked chipotle seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Chipotle BBQ Sauce:
Mix all sauce ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Mix ground beef, salt and pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, brown sugar and BBQ sauce together. Shape into patties.
Grill hamburger patties. I grill them for about 8 minutes per side. When patties are almost done, layer cheese on top.
Grill deli ham for about a minute. Flip and grill one more minute.
Butter insides of buns and grill inside down for a minute.
Assemble burger by putting a cheeseburger on each bun. Top with sliced pineapple, deli ham, lettuce and sauce.
