Dill Dip
Dilly Fruit Dip is amazing served with veggies, potato chips, or on salads and baked potatoes! You might become addicted to this stuff!

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 Tablespoons dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Stir until herbs and seasonings are totally incorporated.
Serve with potato chips, vegetables, rye bread, bagel chips, etc. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Dried herbs vs. fresh herbs:
- Either will work great for this recipe.
- 1 Tablespoon dried herbs=3 Tablespoons fresh herbs
Storage:
- The flavors in the dip will be better if you let it rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days, assuming the ingredients you used won't expire for that length of time.
