One day we had to go to town. The two youngest boys went with us. They HATE to go to town. Whenever they have to go with me, they cry. And whine. And carry on. They beg me to let them stay home with their dad. But this time, Dad had to come to town too. He cries, and whines, and carries on when he has to go to town. Just kidding. But this day, he had to come too.
He had to go because the errands required driving this. And I don’t drive this much farther than the local fair grounds, and I pray I don’t have to back up. And if I do, please let nobody see me doing it.
While we were in town we decided we better go to Walmart to gather a few supplies. When you finally get the boys to town and they find out that they have to go to Walmart, the whining really begins. I don’t know why it’s such a big deal because as soon as we get inside, they boys split. They have to go see if Walmart has any ammo for sale today. (That’s how you lure a man into going shopping with you. Yes, you tell them that you heard that Walmart has ammo in stock today. Hey it works.
This shopping trip happened to be one of the best trips to Walmart, if that is possible.
That’s right. We saw Si of Walmart.com. My boys spotted him right away. They immediately headed over to him so they could shake his hand and have a chat. Justin wouldn’t let them. (I though it would be fun to talk to him. Just to see what he had to say. Maybe he would have played along.)
If we can’t talk, we better take a picture of him. Is that legal? I hope so. If not, sorry Si. You have to admit…he does look a lot like Si. And my boys were stoked that they got to see Silus Robertson. Can you blame them?
Have a great day. Talk you boys into going to Walmart with you just because they might see Si!!
