EASY CHEESY REFRIED BEAN DIP- DON’T BLAME ME WHEN YOU BECOME ADDICTED!

When I was growing up my family lived two hours from the grocery store and we were always short on money. Once in a while my mom must have had a few extra bucks and would slurge on a bag chips and when she did, it was a good day! It was a party! We would impatiently anticipate opening those chips; we even fought over who got to open them. I wish my kids were this easy to please!

To this day I still can’t contain myself when there’s a bag of open chips around! Add this dip to the mix and I’m totally addicted! CAN. NOT. CONTAIN. MYSELF. Not even almost!

Easy Cheesy Refried Bean Dip is obviously awesome for tailgating, New Year’s Eve parties, Cinco de Mayo. I’m telling you though; you should be eating this dip way more often than that!

I could eat Mexican food every single day! I haven’t been able to find a refried bean recipe that I just love. This looks like a winner!

We coud be in a “eat Mexican food every night for dinner” club together! This bean dip is a little different than all the other cream cheese bean dips out there. It’s so easy and so yummy!

Oh. My. Gosh. The Easy Cheesy Refried Bean Dip was so freaking delicious and addicting. I found the recipe on Pintrest and told my sister about it. I made the dip while making chicken enchiladas for dinner, along with a bottle of champagne. My sister and I enjoyed the dip so much that we ate the whole pan!!! I want to make this recipe again very soon. Thank you so much, Amy!!!! 🙂

Would you be able to do this in the crockpot or does it have to be in the oven?

Would the cheese be put on top after the dip is on a serving plate?

I always put the dip in the baking dish, then cover with cheese, cover with foil, then bake. I serve this dip straight from the baking dish! It’s less dishes than transferring it to a serving platter! I hope that helps!
