Eggnog Orange Julius – Orange Julius gets a holiday makeover with the addition of eggnog! All it takes is just a few ingredients and a few minutes and can be sipping on a super creamy Eggnog Orange Julius!

You know how parents keep certain secrets from their children. Justin and I have pretty much not let our kids in on the fact that restaurants and little shops sell fancy drinks. Have you ever looked at the price of those drink and multiplied it by five? I just can’t bring myself to take my children out and buy $20 worth of drinks when they are so easy and cheap to make at home. It’s true, I’m a tightwad, and when my boys graduate from high school and experience life for themselves they are going to be surprised at all the delicious options out there.

But for now all they really know is me and my Vitamix! Eggnog Orange Julius’s are so easy to make. Throw everything in the blender and that’s about all there is to it! Make your own fancy drink at home this week and save the money for something special!

All you need to make Eggnog Orange Julius are a few ingredients.

Orange juice, eggnog, vanilla, sugar, and ice cubes

Eggnog Orange Julius are so easy to make.

Throw everything in the blender. Add eggnog to the bottom. This helps keep the blades from getting stuck; especially if you don’t have a super high powered blender. It’s so frustrating when that happens.

Mix everything on high speed for about 2 minutes.

Pour into glasses.

Top with whipped cream and a dash of nutmeg.

So be a tightwad, save your money, stay home and make your own Eggnog Orange Julius! By the way, if you go out without the kids it’s totally okay to buy fun drinks. In fact, you need to buy fun drinks. You need to try them out, taste them, figure out how they are made so you can come home and recreate them for the kids! And it’s totally fine to have a few guilty pleasures (if you can even call buying expensive fun drinks a guilty pleasure) the kids don’t know about! Happy drinking!
