Sandwiches can be so middle of the road, but there’s nothing boring about Italian Chicken Bacon Sandwiches! They have plenty of gooey cheese, as much bacon and chicken as you can stack on there, and the best seasonings on top! This one is a keeper!

  • 1 Rhodes Artisan Mini Baguette
  • ½ c. chicken (rotisserie, shredded, or grilled)
  • ¼ c. cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 T. parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • italian seasoning
  • Ranch dressing, optional
  1. Bake Rhodes Artisan Baguettes as directed on the package.
  2. Cut baguettes in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread one side with ranch dressing, if desired.
  4. Add a slice of provolone cheese.
  5. Add grilled chicken, sprinkle with half of the parmesan, add a bacon and top with remaining slices of provolone cheese.
  6. Generously sprinkle with Italian seasoning and remaining parmesan.
  7. Bake for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are warmed through. If they need to bake longer than two minutes cover them with aluminum foil.
  8. Serve with additional ranch dressing if desired.
  9. NOTE:
  10. If you haven't cooked and crumbled the bacon, and cooked and shredded chicken ahead of time it will take longer than 10 minutes to make this sandwich.
  11. More cheese is always better and I wouldn't judge you if you used 4 slices on each sandwich! In fact, I'd love you for it!
  12. To make more sandwiches simply use more ingredients on each sandwich.
