Cowboy Pulled Pork Chili is packed with smoky, spicy, and sweet flavors that will knock your socks off! It's the perfect chili for an easy weeknight dinner, tailgating, a chili contest, or just because!

  • 2 16 oz. cans BUSH's Chili Beans, mild chili sauce
  • 2 14.5 oz. cans Hunt's Vine Ripened Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 c. pulled pork (I bought mine already made. You can find it near the lunchmeat in the grocery store)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1-2 jalapeƱos, seed and membranes removed and diced
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 T brown sugar
  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
  3. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, corn chips, and cilantro if desired.
