Cheesy Broccoli and Bacon Dip is that appetizer that only takes a few minutes to throw together and requires astronomical amounts of willpower to walk away from!

  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅔ cup sour cream, or plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ c. mayo
  • ½ tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 c. chopped and steamed broccoli
  • 1 c. fried and crumbled bacon
  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl using an electric mixer beat cream cheese until it's smooth. Add sour cream, mayo, and season salt. Mix again until smooth.
  3. Add chopped broccoli, bacon, minced garlic, and both kinds of cheese. Stir to mix completely.
  4. Grease an 8x8 baking pan. Sread dip in pan.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and it's warmed through.
  6. Serve with veggie sticks, crusty bread, chips, crackers, or crostini.
