  1. This recipe can easily be made for one or for a huge crowd. Adjust amounts depending on how many people you are serving.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Line a baking sheet or tray with aluminum foil, then spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Scatter chips in a single layer over aluminum foil.
  5. Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over chips.
  6. Add pulled pork, beans and pineapple over chips. (This is the time to add any other ingredients you like such as olives, onions, etc)
  7. Drizzle with additional barbecue sauce.
  8. Repeat layers as many times as you would like.
  9. Generously sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
  10. Bake for about 10 minutes. It will take a little longer if you are making a huge batch, and a little shorter baking time for a small batch. Just watch them close. You want them to be warm throughout and the cheese should be thoroughly melted.
  11. Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa!
