Sea Salt, Cherry and Pistachio Bark

This bark is thinner than most, and packed with good for you cherries and pistachios, so you don't have to feel guilty for not being able to walk away from the goodness!

Serves: 6-8 servings
  • 1 king sized bar dark chocolate
  • ⅓-1/2 c. dried cherries, finely chopped
  • ⅓ c. pistachios, finely chopped
  • Sea salt
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Break chocolate bar into squares. Place them in a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Microwave at half power for 1 minutes. Stir. Continue microwaving in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until chocolate is melted.
  4. Reserve a few Tablespoons of pistachios and cherries for sprinkling on the top.
  5. Stir the rest of the cherries and pistachios in the chocolate.
  6. Spread about ⅛" thick on parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle reserved cherries and pistachios on top. Sprinkle with course sea salt!
  8. Patiently let bark cool. Break into pieces.
