Marinaded Cucumbers

You will love the freshness of these Marinaded Cucumbers!! They have a tangy sweet combination that makes you want more!!
Recipe type: Vegetables, Sides
Serves: 6-8
  • 3 cups cucumbers
  • ¼ onion
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 dill head (optional)
  1. Slice cucumbers and onions into ⅛ in slices.
  2. Place cucumbers and onions into a container.
  3. Whisk together water, vinegar, salt, sugar, and dill weed.
  4. Cover cucumbers with syrup.
  5. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Will keep for about a week.
  6. Note: I use the same marinade for a few batches of cucumbers. Just add fresh cukes.
