Easy Three Bean Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans
  • 1 15 oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 15 oz. can green beans
  • ½ c. diced onions (I like purple onions if I have them)
  • ⅓ c. canola oil
  • ¾ c. white vinegar
  • ⅔ c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
Instructions
  1. Whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
  2. Rinse beans. Add beans and onions to the large bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight!
